"I have just thrown out half of the everything bagel my husband ordered for me from swiggy. I am a regular at blue tokai and have had this bagel since last two years. It's always been stale, hard (you can't possibly eat it unless you smother it with cream cheese) but now it has become absolutely inedible. It's literally like a hard piece of rubber. I even warmed it hoping that it will soften up a bit but of no use. When you charge so much for the food, the least you can do is give a quality product. Your soudough breads are pathetic and the bagel takes the cake. Disappointed."
